One thing we’ve noticed over the past 30 years in business is that it’s a very short trip from ‘first time customer’ to ‘Dillon & Company regular’. Most of our loyal clientele develop a strategy for keeping up with what’s new in our shop. Some pop by on a weekly basis to see the latest arrivals, others follow us closely on social media or subscribe to our new arrivals emailers, some give us a call directly just to hear about what’s arrived or coming in soon.
One couple we know recently told us they make a special trip from the Vineyard every month just to get their “Dillon & Company fix”.
